Workspace RVA is conveniently located in Henrico County, offering easy access for professionals across the greater Richmond area—including Short Pump, the West End, Downtown Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, and Chesterfield. Situated just minutes from major highways, it provides a central, stress-free alternative to working from home or commuting into the city—with convenient access for both you and your clients, without the hassle of downtown traffic, parking garages, or time-limited street parking. Membership & Leasing
All memberships are structured as 12-month leases, creating consistency for both you and your clients while supporting a stable, professional environment.
Pricing is per professional (provider).
This ensures clarity, fairness, and consistent use of the space.
Yes. We can accommodate group practices and teams. The owner or primary representative of the group may sign the lease, but each provider using the space must be named on the agreement.
Each named provider will receive their own QR code door access, limited to their approved scheduled days only.

Introductory Pricing (12-Month Lease Required)

Scheduling & Access
Yes. You’ll select your specific weekdays during onboarding, and those days remain consistent throughout your lease—creating reliability for both you and your clients.
Members typically have access:
Saturday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional access may be arranged if needed.
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Yes, we offer weekday + Saturday combinations:
Weekday + Saturday (Monthly Rates)

No. You only pay for the days you choose—your space is designed to support your schedule, not the other way around.

Yes. Members have access to secure storage options, allowing continuity between visits so you can step back into your workflow each time.

No. All business activities should take place within your designated office unless otherwise approved.
Yes, clients and guests are welcome, but must respect the professional environment. If you anticipate high client volume, additional space may be required.

No. Each lease is tied to an individual provider to maintain consistency and quality of use.
Light personalization is welcome, but permanent changes, signage, or alterations require prior approval to maintain the overall design integrity of the space.
Yes. Workspace RVA is intended strictly for professional office use. Activities involving hazardous materials, strong odors, or non-office use are not permitted.
No. The space is completely smoke-free, including vaping.
Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted.
